Victoria Burnett is the President and Founder of Victory Management, Inc., a full-service community association management company established in October 1990. With more than three decades of experience in the construction, development, and management of multi-family communities, Ms. Burnett brings a depth of expertise in both operations and financial management.
Ms. Burnett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Prior to founding Victory Management, she served as Accounting Systems Manager for Reliable Homes Building Company, where she developed and implemented accounting systems designed to improve operational efficiency—an expertise that continues to shape her management approach today.
Throughout her career, Ms. Burnett has remained committed to professional growth and industry leadership. She is a licensed Maryland Real Estate professional and a long-standing member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation—the highest level of certification awarded by CAI—along with the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations. The PCAM designation places her among an elite group of community association managers nationwide.
Under her leadership, Victory Management has built a reputation for integrity, financial discipline, and responsive service to community associations throughout the region. Ms. Burnett resides in Stevensville, Maryland, where she enjoys time on her horse farm with her husband and family.
