Vicki Burnett

Ms. Victoria Burnett, President of Victory Management Inc, has been involved in construction and management of multi-family communities for over twenty years. Ms. Burnett, who has a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, founded Victory Management in October of 1990. Prior to the opening of Victory, Ms. Burnett was the Accounting Systems Manager at Reliable Homes Building Company. In this position, Ms. Burnett sharpened her skills in bookkeeping and began developing accounting programs to enable the company to run more efficiently. Over the past twenty years, Ms. Burnett has actively continued her education in real estate to include pursuing and obtaining her Maryland Real Estate license. Additionally, Ms. Burnett is a long time member of CAI (Community Association Institute) and she has achieved the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations as well as the highest designation, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Ms. Burnett is one of 2000 elite managers nationwide who have earned the prestigious PCAM designation. Ms. Burnett spends her free time on her horse farm in Stevensville, Maryland with her husband and three children.
